At Iron Mind Fitness we offer small group and individual training (personal training on a subscription basis). All of our workouts are programmed over 12 months to give you maximum results, making you the strongest, fittest and fastest version of yourself. In our classes we cover every aspect of fitness, covering SPEED, CO-ORDINATION, ENDURANCE, POWER, STRENGTH, AGILITY, FLEXIBILITY, STAMINA. BALANCE & ACCURACY.

Each class is different so you will never get bored, we add elements of gymnastics, weight lifting, running, rowing, kettlebells and so much more………

Our coaches at Iron Mind Fitness have a wealth of experience and we give top quality coaching for our members. We will teach all the necessary movements, coach, guide, motivate and support you throughout each class. We have a variety of equipment and if you are already confident with training, we also have an open gym option available.

Nutrition also plays a massive part in your journey, at Iron Mind Fitness we have an option of nutritional consultations with our Diet & Nutrition Specialist offering nutritional advice, meal plans and food prep should this be something you require.
