A perfect start for little ones

Our small group kids classes use a combination of skill practice, workouts and games to build strength and conditioning. We use a variety of functional movements to make exercise fun, such as weights, kettlebells, boxes, balls, rings, rowing machines and much more!

Every class is different so your child will never get bored.

Steph is our head kids coach and has a real passion for watching children learn new skills with her decade of experience in a nursery and afterschool environment, she runs five classes a week and teaches children from 2 to 15 years.
